Prudential is very knowledgeable with Medicare requirements. Their efforts in responding to Reconsiderations and Redeterminations have resulted in increased collections for our Company. In addition Prudential was able to assist during the COVID Pandemic when we were faced with staff shortages.

As a clinician and small clinic owner, O&P billing is a foreign language that I have no time or desire to learn.
